Hearty BEER Bread

Because who doesn't like BEER... bread.

This is it. You can smell the (vegan) cheese. You can smell the bits of rosemary. You can smell the warmness eagerly awaiting to enter your belly. But mostly.

You can smell that good beer.

The Simplicity of it All.

1 tall boy of canned Guinness

4-5 cups whole wheat flour (dependent on desired thickness)

1/4 cup nutritional yeast

2 tablespoons sugar

4 teaspoons baking soda

1 teaspoon lemon

3 teaspoons salt

4 tablespoons melted butter (plus more to drizzle on top at the end)

*Optional: Vegan Cheese (cheddar) & Rosemary (inside, outside, add at your discretion)*

Bake-it.

1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees, F.

2. Line a bread tin with olive oil (or butter).

3. Mix together all ingredients listed above

DO NOT OVER MIX

4. Dump mix into tin.

5. Bake for appx. 45-50 minutes.

6. Coat with butter and salt at the end (or towards the end while it still has some time left in the oven - it will give it a nice crisp).
